Piers Morgan

Founder and Executive Director

Piers Morgan, has spent the past decade in a variety of executive, non-executive and consulting roles for mostly foreign owned businesses. 

Prior to that he was an Australian or Asia-Pacific executive - a CEO, M&A Manager or Business Development Manager, again for predominantly foreign-owned businesses. 

Piers is also an experienced director of domestic businesses, including those headquartered in the US, UK, Europe and China.

In these roles, and earlier in his career, Piers has travelled extensively for work in Asia, Europe and the USA. 

Piers is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jenny O’Sullivan

Senior Associate

Jenny O’Sullivan brings over 10 years of experience in assisting international businesses to develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for the Australian market.

She is a data and research-driven strategic thinker dedicated to understanding client needs and creating innovative growth opportunities. Jenny has a proven track record of consistently delivering strong commercial outcomes for her clients.

Throughout her career, Jenny has helped over 300 clients from the US and Europe in assessing, developing, and executing export marketing strategies to generate sales in Australia. She has also designed, delivered, and managed more than 15 physical and 6 virtual group trade mission meetings and event programs for economic development agencies and companies from the US, Europe, UK, and Singapore.
